Meet the Staff: Dr. James Halper, MD
Dr. James Halper is board-certified in both Internal Medicine and Psychiatry. He is the center’s head medical internist in peryourhealth portal and also leads the neurology department.

The CIIT Center is a comprehensive treatment center with numerous services that cater to the individual needs of those touched by a chronic neurological condition. Some of these conditions could be autism spectrum disorder, a traumatic brain injury such as a concussion, or chronic conditions like migraine, post-traumatic stress disorder, autoimmune diseases and so much more.
The CIIT Center’s mission is to approach each patient as a total entity by enhancing the biomedical, neurological, nutritional, electrical and immune system of each of our patients to improve their overall quality of life.
